Everyone who plays basketball knows a guy like this. Well, everyone except that guy...because he clearly doesn't know himself if he is carrying on like this. But I digress. This commercial is dedicated to the tools who call 3 seconds in friendly games, and the regular joes who have to deal with those tools.
